NSF funds hydrogen research projects

The National Science Foundation has funded a pair of hydrogen research projects, one for generating hydrogen and the other for storing it.

* Stable, conductive materials for extracting hydrogen from water (Novel Catalyst Supports for Water Electrolysis: Experimental and Theoretical Studies)

* New metal materials for storing hydrogen gas (Light Metal Solid Solution Alloys for Hydrogen Storage)
